Summary: Nice home and great location. Only problem was the outside trash cans were left full of garbage and full of water and smelled terrible. We were not able to use the grill because of the smell. We took it upon ourselves to dump the water and trash out. There was also no toilet paper and kitchen trash from last visitors was not thrown out. Wasn’t as clean as we expected, but other than that we had a great time. Thank you!

Summary: Nice little cabin, access road is a little rough but drivable. Outside property needs some maintenance, several lights out, dock lights don’t work at all and chairs are all broken. Stairs on one side of the porch are breaking away from the porch. Downstairs shower has a crack in the floor pan that will pinch your foot. Very rocky and uneven walkways. Would not recommend for elderly visitors or those who have balance issues.

Summary: My family had a great time at the cabin! It was large and clean, with tons of beds, comfy recliners, and cold AC (a must for Texas adventures)! The dock was our favorite part. No matter the time of day, we were under shade. Everyone caught a bass!! Make sure you go out for night fishing, youre almost guarenteed to catch something! Thank you for a fun weekend adventure!

Summary: We had a wonderful stay!! my family and I love coming out here. We try to come out a few times a year. The house is very clean, beautiful, and cozy!! They have everything you could need. We love spending time outside and this is perfect to cook out and hangout with friends/family. Thanks for the stay💗

Summary: We spent Father's Day weekend there. Check-in was a breeze. Our grandchildren loved the lake. The house was great. No problems. The driveway was steep, but none of us left the property the whole weekend until it was time to go home. I would bring lifejackets or something to float on. Lots of fish...bring your poles. Great experience. We plan to come back. It is a short drive from DFW and very affordable compared to PK.

Summary: Two families moved in for the weekend. We were here for an event and sadly did not get to enjoy the property to its full advantage. Everything was perfect and we want to come back next time just for the lake experience. Two families can easily stay with plenty of room. We should have had a third!
